(hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”) regarding the handling of user information, including personal information about users, in the services provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as “this service”).

    1. 1. User information to be collected and collection method

      In this policy, “user information” means information related to the identification of the user, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in relation to the user or the user’s device, which is collected by our company based on this policy. The user information collected by our company in this service is as follows, depending on the collection method.

    2. 2. Purpose of use
      The specific purposes of use of user information related to the provision of the Service are as follows:
      • (1) To provide, maintain, protect and improve the Service, including accepting registrations for the Service, verifying identity, authenticating users, recording user settings, and calculating payment of usage fees.善のため

      • (4) To respond to inquiries and other inquiries regarding the Service.

    3. 3. Method of notification, public announcement or obtaining consent, and method of requesting suspension of use.
      • 3-1 The user’s consent must be obtained before the following user information is collected.

      • 3-2 The user may request the suspension of collection or use of all or part of the user information by setting the specified settings of the Service. In this case, the Company will promptly suspend the use of the information in accordance with the Company’s regulations. Note that, depending on the item of user information, the collection or use of the information is a prerequisite for the Service, and the Company will suspend the collection or use of the information only if the user unsubscribes from the Service in accordance with the method specified by the Company.

      We will not provide personal information, which is part of user information, to third parties without the user’s prior consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases where it is necessary to provide it to a third party.
      • (1) When we entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
      • (2) When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to a merger or other reasons
      • (3) When personal information is provided to a partner or information collection module provider in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4
      • (4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national institution, local government, or a person entrusted by them to carry out business prescribed by law, and obtaining the user’s consent may hinder the performance of said business
      • (5) When otherwise permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) or other laws and regulations

    6. 6. Safety Management Measures
      In order to prevent and correct unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we will establish regulations within our company and strive to take safety measures. In order to achieve the above purposes, we have taken the following measures.
      • (1) Establishment of basic policies for implementing each response stipulated by laws and guidelines for the proper handling of personal information and personal data
      • (2) Establishment of various regulations that define each response such as acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, disposal, etc., as well as the person in charge and their role
      • (3) Organizational safety control measures such as appointing a person in charge, clarifying the scope of employees who handle personal data and the personal data handled, establishing a reporting and contact system to the person in charge when facts or signs of violation of laws and regulations are identified, and regular inspections of the handling status

    7. 7. Joint Use
      When sharing personal information of users, we will inform you of the following items.
      • (1) Name of the information collection module
      • (2) Scope of parties to joint use
      • (3) Purpose of use of the items to be jointly used
      • (4) Name or name of the person responsible for managing user information

    8. 8. Disclosure of personal information
      When a user requests disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will disclose the information to the user without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself (if the personal information does not exist, we will notify the user to that effect). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.


    9. 9. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
      • 9-1 If the Company is requested by a user to (1) correct the contents of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is not true, and (2) suspend the use of the personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use previously announced or was collected by false or other illegal means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is from the user himself, correct the contents of the personal information or suspend the use based on the results, and notify the user to that effect. In addition, if it is decided not to correct or suspend the use, the Company will notify the user to that effect.
      • 9-2 If the Company is requested by a user to delete the personal information of the user, and if the Company judges it necessary to comply with the request, the Company will delete the personal information after confirming that the request is from the user himself, and notify the user to that effect.
      • 9-3 If the Company is not obligated to correct, etc. or suspend the use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of 9-1 and 9-2 will not apply.
